When I got it a couple months ago for project that didn't happen, the caps were on, but Wren't more than finger tight. I hear these can be baked in an oven or vacuumed to remove moisture. This is a new old stock manufacture date Hansa rein parts group receiver drier to fit W126 chassis Mercedes-Benz.

Now all their driers are made in china. It has never been installed, however there is a dent on the bottom from being dropped, but won't be visible once installed. Could it have absorbed some moisture during ten years of setting without the caps being tight and having a gas charge.
