This was used only in cars with Atc automatic temperature control type air conditioning Buick Lesabre Wildcat Electra riviera nos valve nos genuine Gm thermostatic vacuum installation kit. And I have to do the revising before you pay brand new, never installed. This fits Buick Lesabre, Wildcat, Electra and riviera.

By reading the instruction sheet, its obvious this was a kit issued afterwards to fix problem.
