It does work on my 4.3 Volvo Penta engine,not as good as the stock one just a good cheap replacement,you do have to grind down 2 humps on intake to get the carburetor to sit flat on intake other than that it works, and the porting on the inside is not good at all if I had the time I would port all the hole in intake cause looks like could lose some power,so I guess $300 for this and almost $1000 for stock replace this is good so with a little grinding she will work and your boat will run again 07-01-23
