I would probably replace the bearing as it is a little noisy but spins fine. The pulley is in excellent condition and has been cleaned, glass beaded, verified to have no damage pitting before being refinished black epoxy.

This is version with the diameter pulley grooves that was used on these 2 years of big block cars. This is a super hard to find part as everything else used the smaller 5 versions.
