The upper long meta bracket is a bit bent and shows surface rust. This is a fairly good original air duct for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below. P/N 3942676correct for Corvettes w ac will work ac the side l bracket has popped off and will need to be riveted back on.

The inner metal shield is bent and rivets have popped off from plastic. There are a few deep scratches and scuff marks.
