Correct for 1969 Corvettes w air conditioning the box was removed from a low mileage survivor Corvette. The box itself looks to be in excellent condition, aside from some signs of being mounted.

The vacuum actuator pod works well and all mechanical parts seem to function as they should. This is an excellent original heater box for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below.
