From my personal collection when I used to own a 1968 devilled convertible. The brownish coloring on nuts is not rust or anything bad, its factory epoxy put there to hold in place so they won't vibrate loose. The Gm Delco part number is group 8. A nos new old stock Cadillac heater air conditioner low auto control switch with 2 terminals.
852f, also part it has been tested with an ohm meter and when the switch is activated, contacts close have electrical continuity. This is an old nos part for all 67' and 68' Cadillac's.
It comes in the original Gm Delco box although seam of has come apart as shown pictures. It has never been installed or mounted and is in great condition except for a small rust mark on the mounting plate.
