Keep your expectations realistic, this is a 40 year old used part with average use characteristics. Original year of use: 1976 late,. Item details: in mid 1976, Cadillac ac head switches changed over to a cheaper plastic-bodied version. Give it a good cleaning and lube before installing i'd bet that would work fine for quite while. The dials move freely, levers good, connectors are intact.
The Alvarado continued to have it on left side of drivers column through end 1978, while devilled fleet woods moved dash. After all, it is a Cadillac. I have pulled these switches from Alvarado's, with the assumption that Devi fleet wood version is same. I have 2 for sale, this offer is one.
They look the same in dash. Check to be sure that this version matches your devilled fleet wood for. If not, I will send whatever one grab first.
