The paint and surface have scuffs, scratches, chips throughout. Overall it looks good and should work well.

The blow does work and chrome strip is in really good shape. Vintage Stewart Warner heater is used but in good condition. Free shipping lower 48 states only for out of the I use global program. The black lever does rotate vent as well.
