The first picture is the lever in the closed position. The main difference's being the cable clamp bracket and the position of the inlet hose.

I have an original in the Alfa box heater valve for alfetta with factory a c. I only charge actual shipping. The cable brackets can be removed and change to the one off your old valve.

I can fit it in a small priority mail flat rate box if you do not want the Alfa box the part comes in. This is nos its been sitting on the shelf for several decades. The valve does work. I know the gtv 6 and the 105 gtv and berlina factory A/C used a very similar heater valve.
