I will note the fill tube which is basically a piece of PVC pipe was leaking when filled it so you might want to replace. This vintage Travelaire model fc volt Swamp cooler is in overall very good to excellent condition. The fan is a bit on noisy side but I ran this for over half hour and it fine with no issues.

It is pumping water to all 4 cooler pads and the fan blows very hard. I plugged this is into a 12 volt power supply and filled the tank with water it works very well. Please look at all the photo's. It is gray in color.

Not a big issue. The tank does not leak.
