Please look over the photos and ask any questions before buying. This heater was pulled directly out of a 1946 Chevy 1/2 ton model 3100 pickup truck it is original. This unit looks to have been worked on in the past because of the new looking sheet metal screws around the casing. The unit is being sold as you see it as is.

It will need to be sealed or replaced but everything else has been tested and works. Stamped on the mounting bracket is Har Ri Son with the forward slashes, model no. 6 volt blower motor does work. Listed as for parts or not working because the core has a small leak.

Vintage heater housing with motor, fan, core, and heat defrost flap with manual handle. Hd 03 51, hd 02 51, and hd the wiring for the motor has been cut and the insulation is frayed up near the motor housing exposing the metal wire strands.
