Details:

There is no damage, no pitting to speak of and the plastic buttons are very nice with no cracked places and no damage where the cable attaches. This is Mopar and is the correct version.

The vacuum switch moves fine when the buttons are pushed but I have no way to live test it. The wires for the fan switch have been spliced at one time as you can see. The fan switch moves fine and there are no burnt places but I have not live tested it. This is in very nice original condition and has been stored inside for years.
