There are a couple scratches on the front but no broken places. The fan switch operates fine but I have not live tested it.

This is for a non air application and is Mopar you are buying a heater dash control for a charger, Roadrunner, coronet, Satellite, Gtx. This is in nice original condition with no broken mounting points and the slides move freely.
