Assuming it is for a Volkswagen combustion heater zvw label looks like a number 7 acquired from a sun city west estate sale since I have never used this have no way of doing any testing on it, it is being sold 'as is'please view all of my pictures using the zoom photo viewing option I will then assume that the bidder is aware of what he she is buying on.

So i'm going with the zvw manually moved the fan blade, so that wan't seized up that's all I can say about it I know nothing about it.
