Also this area is hidden by the engine and angle of evaporator case. Original Gm outer ac evaporator core case. Originally removed from a 69 Camaro.

Anywhere else maybe more. Included is a tested and working blower motor, original motor vent hose fitting the fiber ambient sensor switch which has date of also Rh fender covers most or all that area. Also included are the PA and expansion valve clamps inner case attachment screws. Once blower motor is installed you won't see it or very little-see the 3rd picture.

As far the lower tab you can drill a new hole and use factory screw to attach it or larger washer with attachment. The integrity of this part has not been compromised by these two issues. Fits Camaro and Nova w small block. Very clean and solid case with no cracks or damage other than one minor fiberglass repair behind where the blower motor is attached a broken lower mounting tab ear.
