Details:

This one is used and I wan't able to test the switch because fan motor had already been removed from car when got it. The only part number I see on it is picture other two levers still move freely and one does end of cable back forth. It comes as shown with the cable and some of vacuum lines still attached.

This is a used air conditioner heater control panel taken out of the dash 1976 Chevy Monte Carlo. As you can see from picture 3, the knob for fan speed control is broken off and will need to be replaced. The face isn't cracked, but black part underneath it is wrinkled. This would be a good core to rebuild.
