Details:

Not visible once installed anyway. Unfortunately, the core was damaged in shipping and no longer holds pressure. He did a very nice job on the heater. The heater was damaged because of extreme negligence in packing by man who restored part.

This was the top of line heater in its day.

This heater is shown in the Gmc book of parts. Unfortunately, his packing job was terrible. You'll see in the last photo only damage that happened to case, which is dent and paint scuff on top of case.

Needless to say, his refusal make it right has soured me on ever doing business with that guy again. I bought this heater several years ago needing a complete restoration. Gmc ac ec cc.

I have here a really hard to find, and very nicely restored Gmc truck super heater defroster unit. So, as you can see from the photos, this heater is still visually beautiful and presents very nicely. If you live in a climate where don't really need heater, or care about it functioning because show season is not the winter, then this isn't big consideration for anyway.

Understand that this is a large heater and I refuse to pack ship it with less than adequate padding structure ensure can withstand being dropped or having something heavy stacked on without crushing. Bottom line is that this heater would be a jewel in the crown of any top notch restored Gmc pickup truck, carryall suburban, deluxe panel canopy express, or nice big truck. I had planned on putting this in my 1939 Gmc ac 101 pickup, but have decided to go with a smaller, simpler heater that would been available 39 instead.
